Studio F.A. Porsche stands for a clear style that is lucid, enduring and distinctive, and one that is inherent in all Porsche Design Group products. Since its inception in 1972 by Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche in Stuttgart, it has created products that have won distinction after distinction at internationally renowned competitions such as the IF Forum Hanover, the Red Dot Award, the ADI Milan or EISA Award for outstanding design quality. Some designs have even ended up on display in the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Two years later, in 1974, the Studio was relocated to Zell am See in Austria. Since 2003, Studio F.A. Porsche is a subsidiary of Porsche Design Group. Helmed by Roland Heiler, Managing Director of Studio F.A. Porsche in Zell am See, today, Studio F.A. Porsche is considered one of the most traditional and established studios in Europe. In addition to its work on behalf of the Porsche Design Group, the studio has been involved in the development of industrial and product design for other companies.
